We are celebrating surviving this year with a really special menu that includes a Tuscan tradition, and a family one too. Cotechino is a slow cooked pork sausage, when paired with lentils it is meant to bring prosperity to you in the new year. Complete with party hats & noisemakers (and you can add a bottle of bubbles too,) you’ll have yourself one fantastic New Year’s Eve meal!
